Shingle Springs Calif., 125cc Super Pro Driver Benny Moon has signed with the Paul Tracy Factory Kart Team for the 2002 season. The team plans on entering Ben in the Stars of Tomorrow series in the Pro 125cc class using the CRG ICC motor package on the new Paul Tracy chassis built by CRG. Benny plans on running in the Sears Point regional races in Northern CA, and all three National races to be held at Buffalo Bills in Primm, NV, Oklahoma Motorsports Complex Norman, Oklahoma, and Road America, Wisconsin. Motors are being prepared by MRE / Tim Pappas with tuning on chassis and motors to be performed by Bens father Dean with assistance from Tim Pappas. A tentative Pro Moto schedule is also in the works, with power being provided by Sweedetech Honda. Having recently competed in the prestigious Skip Barber Karting scholarship runoffs in Sebring Ben is also looking to race in a few Formula Dodge National series races and has been looking into the new Fran-Am Formula Renault series.
